CLEANERS

Payment: R107 196per annum (level 02)

Key Responsibilities:

-Perform general cleaning duties,ensuring all office areas are kept clean and organized
-Maintain cleaning supplies and ensure the office is well stocked
-Assist with minor maintenance duties

Requirements:

-Basic literacy and numeracy skills are essential
-A Grade 10 Qualification will be an advantage
-Willingness to work independently and in ateam setting

ADMINISTRATION CLERKS

Ref No: DNCO4/09/2024
Stipend: R216 417 per Annum (Level 05)

Responsibilities:
-Provide administrative support by maintaining office records, managing logistical matters and handling leave registers
-Screen incoming calls and foward to the deputy national commissioners office
-Maintain good record keeping and filing systems

Conditions:
-Senior Grade 12 or national certificate at NQF Level 4
-Proficiency in basic administrative functions
-Willingness to work under pressure

DRIVERS

Pay: R131 265 per yaer

Key Responsibilities:

-Provide messenger and posting services for the deputy National commissioners office
-Keep proper records of documents received and delivered

Conditions:
-A Grade 10 Qalification will serve as an advantage
-Valid light vehicle drivers license

SECURITY OFFICERS

Stipend: R128 166 per Annum

Key Responsibilities
-Ensure the security of the premises ,control access points and conduct patrols

Condtions
-Grade 10 Qualification
-PSIRA Grade C Certification is required
-Experience in a security environment will be advantageous
