Duties and Responsibilities:
Capture Chauffeur Services requisitions:
- Capturing trip requests, monitor pending list, allocate requisitions accordingly – Confirmation of services to be rendered to client.
- Make sure all vehicles have current license stickers.
- Check license stickers often and give them to the right departments.
- Keep track of stickers received and handed out.
When vehicles go to and come from customers:
- Check all paperwork for services, look over the vehicle.
Offer good driving services and manage information in the online Fleet Information System (FIS):
- Watch chauffeur trips and keep track of what chauffeurs do each day.
