Responsibilities
- Assist Artisan with maintenance and repairs:
- Help the Tractor Technician fix farm machines, doing regular check-ups on time.
- Help with planned maintenance to stop machines from breaking down.
- Help find possible problems and do simple fixes.
- Use hand and power tools safely to help with repairs.
- Carefully follow the Technician’s instructions to make small changes or replace parts.
- Keep tools, work areas, and benches clean and tidy for safety.
- Help get machines and tools ready for servicing.

Help with other tasks when needed:
- Do different jobs as asked by the Technician or Foreman.
- Help move parts, tools, and equipment.
- Make sure everything is done following safety rules.
- Help follow all health and safety rules and report anything unsafe right away.
- Help with general workshop tasks like cleaning, checking stock, and office work when needed.
Requirements Required:
Qualifications: National Senior Certificate or Artisan certificate.
Skills and Competencies:
- Mechanical equipment
- Driver’s License
- Company standards, policies, and procedures

- Use of basic hand and power tools
