Responsibilities:

  • Manage the restaurant’s daily activities.
  • Hire, teach, and help restaurant workers become skilled and enthusiastic.
  • Increase sales by using good advertising and special offers.
  • Create and follow budgets, watch spending, and keep costs down to make the most money.
  • Make sure the restaurant follows KFC rules, brand image, and laws.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in the restaurant industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Non- negotiable requirements:

  • You must be between the ages of 18 and 27
  • 6 months working exp essential
  • Grade 12/Matric with Maths Literacy essential
  • Strong command of English language essential

What you’ll do:

This is a list of tasks that you will be responsible for doing on your days at work.

  • Quickly and correctly prepare food orders using kitchen tools.
  • Handle several orders at once, making sure each is made right.
  • Chop and get ingredients ready based on the order tickets.
  • Check that every order is right and packed well.
  • Prepare and wrap food as ordered, using the preparation guides.
  • Take care of food and equipment to work well.
  • Keep the kitchen and cooking areas clean and safe.
  • Receive and store new deliveries carefully.
  • Store food correctly to keep it fresh and prevent waste.
