We need a skilled, ambitious, and driven person for the Care Worker position. The person who gets the job will make patients feel better by taking care of their basic needs. This will help NRC do well overall.

Job Requirements
Requirements and Experience
- Must have math and reading/writing skills equal to a 12th-grade education.
- Having at least 1 year of experience in a similar job is helpful.
- Having at least 1 year of experience working with kidneys would be a plus.
- Must be able to handle stress in a fast-paced setting.
- Good people skills are a must.

Key Performance Areas
Ensure the safe and optimal operation of the dialysis service by following these guidelines:
- Wash dialysis machines before each patient’s treatment, following the rules and guidelines.
- Make sure the unit’s power supply is working by checking it daily, weekly, and monthly, writing down any problems, and adding diesel when needed.
- Follow all money-related rules in the unit, especially when managing supplies and waste.
- Give great service and care to patients by ordering and serving them meals that meet their diet needs and the rules.
- Keep the workplace safe and follow the daily rules for preventing infections and staying healthy at work.
- Keep learning about the roles of healthcare workers in the unit and keep your knowledge up to date.
- Check the machine alarms before each treatment to be sure they work, helping to keep the treatment safe.
- Show the values of National Renal Care and care for people the way NRC does.
