The Health Department of the City of Johannesburg (CoJ) is looking to hire unemployed people for a maximum of twelve months to work in its health centers across Regions A, B, C, D, E, F, and G. Those chosen will be responsible for tasks such as entering data, performing general duties, and managing queues.

Requirements Required:
- Grade 10 or advanced
- Individuals aged 18 to 80 (younger applicants are preferred).
- Individuals with impairments.
- Familiarity with the city’s methods, current strategies, and protocols concerning health and community matters.
- Strong math skills and effective written and spoken communication.
- Proficient in using various electronic devices for tasks like emailing and browsing the internet.
Main Responsibility
General Worker
- Clean waiting areas, consulting rooms, service areas, kitchens, and laundries.
- Before procedures, clean and dust all shells.
- Sort and change dirty linen in all consulting rooms.
- Empty bins and keep the clinic surroundings clean.
- A Data Capturer is needed.
- Capture and update customer and guest information.
- Collect yearly statistics of clinic clients.
- File customer cards numerically or chronologically.
- Retrieve client files when needed by staff.
