About the Role

As a Groups Agent, you will be responsible for managing group bookings and customer interactions.

You will report to the Manager: Business Development and ensure smooth coordination of bookings and excellent service delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys:

Key Responsibilities:

Your duties will include:

• Booking and coordinating group travel
• Handling customer calls and emails
• Assisting with booking inquiries and special requests
• Managing lost property queries
• Verifying payments and updating records
• Generating group quotations
• Following up on bookings
• Reporting customer feedback to improve services

Requirements and Qualifications:

To qualify, you must have:
