Are you someone who can:

  • Communicate with customers through calls and emails, offering accurate product information based on company guidelines.
  • Increase revenue and earnings while minimizing expenses.
  • Manage finances responsibly within the allocated budget to reduce costs.
  • Provide exceptional customer support exceeding expectations by offering creative and suitable solutions.
  • Resolve all customer issues promptly and within the agreed timeframe.
  • Maintain current expertise on products, costs, usage, and schedules to achieve product and service objectives.
  • Ensure respectful customer interactions, aiming for positive reviews.
  • Adhere to deadlines for addressing customer inquiries and providing updates.
  • Offer strong administrative assistance by organizing, reporting, and updating information accurately and punctually.
  • Adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Ensure efficient and effective Call Centre operations.
  • Accurately record all customer issues and comments in the system.
  • Provide reports on Call Centre performance to improve business operations.

You will be an ideal candidate if you have:

  • Personal Lines (motor Vehicle/Home contents/Portable Possessions) knowledge/experience/exposure – at least 2 years a must (which does not include medical insurance, life cover).
  • Completed RE and FAIS qualification will be advantageous
  • Minimum Qualification: Grade 12
  • Good Telephone and Email etiquette
