Job Objectives:
- Do all tasks at the checkout quickly and well.
- Scan items carefully and take payments correctly, including using loyalty points.
- Keep cash safe at all times.
- Actively promote the store’s loyalty program and sign up new members to meet goals.
- Tell customers about deals to boost sales and make them happy.
- Give excellent customer service by representing the brand well, being available, and being friendly and helpful.
- Keep the checkout area tidy and stocked following store rules.
- Help the company be the top choice for health and beauty by following its values.
- Stay up-to-date on products, sales, and events to give customers the right information.
Knowledge:
- Basic maths calculations
