We are a lasting organization established by the Constitution to oversee fair and open elections across all government tiers. Even though we receive public money and report to parliament, we operate separately from the government.
This report for the second quarter, from July to September 2025, summarizes the donations political parties reported to the Electoral Commission as required by section 9 (1) of the Political Funding Act No 6 of 2018. The report shows ongoing efforts to raise money through both cash and non-cash gifts. Four political parties provided details about their finances.
