Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the 2026 SPAR YES4Youth Learnership, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Must be between the ages of 18 and 35.
- Must have completed Matric / Grade 12.
- Must be currently unemployed.
- Must not be enrolled in any full-time studies at the time of application.
- Must not have previously participated in a YES programme.
- Must have a clear criminal record.
- Must be willing and able to commit to a full 12-month contract.
- Must be able to work in one of the SPAR divisions, depending on placements available in your region.
- Incomplete applications will not be considered, and applicants may be required to attend interviews, assessments, or orientation sessions before final placement.
