RMA OVERVIEW?

RMA is authorized by the Minister of Employment and Labour, following section 30 of the law about workplace injuries (Act 130 of 1993).

RMA handles both short-term and long-term insurance claims for worker’s compensation. This includes figuring out damages and managing claims, paying for medical bills, temporary disability payments, and yearly pensions for serious disabilities or deaths.

RMA helps society by investing in different social programs, improving the lives of many South Africans. RMA’s Young Talent Strategy focuses on helping disadvantaged groups get better social and economic opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS LEARNERSHIP:

  • Applicants must be Unemployed and South African citizen
  • Applicants is classified as Black( EE)
  • Must be between 18 to 35 Years
  • Must not be participated in any Former Learnership programme registered with INSETA
  • Strong desire to work in fiscal services
