This role involves providing sports betting options to customers across all platforms (online, mobile, stores) with various bet types, offering good odds while staying within Hollywoodbets’ profit goals. The goal is to make betting simple for customers and provide it quickly. You’ll also help customers and colleagues with sports betting questions, helping Hollywoodbets become the top bookmaker for sports betting and customer support.

• 1-2 administrative experience.
• MS Office experience.

What You’ll Do For The Brand:

• The role involves comprehensive management of sports and soccer imports, a critical daily task that impacts the entire betting platform.
• This includes meticulously monitoring incoming data streams to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• A key aspect is safeguarding against potential errors such as duplicate event listings, which can create confusion and inaccurate betting markets.

Furthermore, the system must be configured to prevent related bets from being placed on tournaments or matches featuring the same teams in different contexts, a measure taken to avoid unintended hedging opportunities and potential exploitation.

• This requires a deep understanding of sporting calendars and team affiliations.
• A significant portion of this responsibility also extends to verifying the quality and completeness of manually created games, ensuring they meet established standards and provide sufficient information for accurate betting.
• The role also entails creating and maintaining a range of user-friendly soccer and sports fixture guides.
• These guides are essential for providing customers with up-to-date information on upcoming events, allowing them to make informed betting decisions.
• The content and format of these guides must be tailored for accessibility and clarity, contributing to a positive user experience.
• The position also requires continuous monitoring of price movements for both soccer and other key sports.
• This vigilance is crucial for identifying potential market anomalies, reacting to breaking news that could impact odds and ensuring the platform offers competitive and accurate pricing.
• This involves analyzing market trends, comparing odds across different platforms, and making informed adjustments to pricing strategies as needed.
• The pricing process involves analyzing historical data, considering current form, and factoring in external factors such as weather conditions or injuries.

The aim is to create fair and attractive betting markets for these sports, providing customers with a broad range of wagering opportunities.

• Update betting for all outright
• Share soccer scores and winning numbers on the company network for branches to show customers, and also put them on social media.
• Set up lucky number games and make sure betting is available for every draw.
• Develop special sports bets and instructions for customers to use in branches or get from the website.
• Put match results on all platforms quickly after they are confirmed, and watch to see that games close automatically. Regularly check the “events without results” report and add results if needed.
• Text key profit and loss numbers to managers so they are informed.
• Compare our soccer offerings to others to stay competitive.
• Auditing events for profit and loss after event results are
• Assist customers with any sports betting related queries or complaints and try to resolve any disputes in a professional and timeous manner.
• Also assist other departments or branches that need help with ticket or sports related This includes the confirmation of soccer money back promotions and manual payouts.
• Confirm bets for the call center or branches as well as confirm accounts are allowed.
• Provide all branches with professional support.
