The aim of our Learnership Programme is to award learning opportunities in the Private Security Industry to unemployed South Africans
Learnerships are learning programmes that lead to an occupational qualification.

This includes classroom-based learning at the institute and on-the-job training
Those who are chosen will get practical experience in the security business. We are dedicated to developing future leaders. This training will give students the knowledge, skills, and real-world experience they need to work as security officers.
Who will Be Considered To This Opportunity:
- Currently not be employed.
- You cannot be studying towards a degree or part of any other Learnership Program.
- You must have passed Grade 12 (Matric) with English and scored at least Level 4 in every subject.
- You must be a South African citizen and have a valid South African ID.
- Applicants should be between 18 and 30 years old.
- You must have no criminal record.
- You must have very good communication skills.
- Having computer skills (MS Office, Email, and Internet) will be helpful.
- You should be able to work alone and take charge.
All successful applicants will be subjected to security clearance i.e. criminal record check etc. NB: Applicants with criminal records will be disqualified
