- Provide excellent service that goes above and beyond what customers expect by using helpful and creative solutions.
- Quickly answer all customer questions within the given time frames.
- Keep up-to-date on products, prices, how to use them, and timelines to meet product and service goals.
- Always communicate with clients in a professional way, leading to positive feedback.
- Make sure client investigations are finished on time and keep clients updated.
- Provide good administrative support by planning carefully, reporting on time, and keeping all information current.

Follow all legal and audit rules.
- Make sure the Call Center is productive and performs well.
- Record all client issues or feedback accurately in the CRM system.
