Key Responsibilities:

As the Occupational Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional healthcare services that prioritize both occupational health and primary care. Your duties will include:

Onsite Healthcare: Providing comprehensive occupational and primary healthcare services at the Lactalis clinic.
Contract Management: Effectively managing and maintaining the client contract on-site, ensuring services meet the agreed standards.
Health Program Development: Designing and implementing a structured occupational health program that meets the needs of both the client and employees.
Achieving Targets: Meeting the goals outlined in the occupational health and quality programs, ensuring high standards of care.
Quality Audits: Preparing for and meeting quality audit requirements for the clinic, ensuring all standards are met.
Health Projects: Leading and managing health-related initiatives on-site to promote wellness and safety.
Team Collaboration: Working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of healthcare services.
Administrative Duties: Managing administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring reports, records, and documentation are completed on time.
Compliance with Standards: Adhering to the professional and quality standards of Life Health Solutions and client requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a qualified and motivated individual who can bring clinical excellence and strong organizational skills to the role.

Requirements:

Must be a Registered Nurse with the South African Nursing Council (SANC).
A recognized qualification in Occupational Health is essential.
Additional certifications in Audiometry, Spirometry, and vision screening will be highly advantageous.
Certification in dispensing medicine is preferred.
Proven competence in basic computer skills, administration, employee relations, and effective communication is required.
Candidates must be results-driven, with the ability to take the initiative, deliver quality healthcare, and manage costs effectively.
Must be competent in providing emergency first aid for medical emergencies.
Own reliable transport is required for the role.
Proof of Covid-19 vaccination is mandatory.
