-To provide data capturing services.
-Type data from from source documents and double-check it before submition
-Keep records on the computer system accurate and current.
-Update project data each month, like costs and results.
-Keep all collected data private and safe.
-Enter data correctly from records into the right places, like databases, tables, spreadsheets, and the EPWP system.
-Check for missing information and fix mistakes during data entry.
-Look over all data from the records and make sure it is correct. Send in data.
-Make copies of data regularly as backups.
-Keep registers and statistics up to date.

WHAT YOU NEED:
-ABET Level 4 or a similar qualification approved by SAQA.
-No prior job experience is Required.
WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW:
-How to use maintenance tools and machines.
-Safety rules.
-How to communicate well.
-Good people skills and understanding of Batho Pele Principles.
-Experience fixing buildings and farm structures, plus knowing about different farm structures and tools is a plus.
-A driver’s licence (unless you have a disability) is a plus.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
-Ensure office buildings and furniture is in good shape.
-Check regular building inspections.
-Fix small electrical, plumbing, and wood-related issues.
-Maintenance of office machines.
-Fix broken furniture and machines.

-Able to use simple garden tools and machines.
-Awareness of how to care for equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
-Take care of grounds and gardens.
-Keep garden equipment in good condition and secure.
-Clean and care for lab tools and storage areas.
-Dispose of trash and boxes.
-Move furniture and tools when needed.
-Wash lab vehicles.
-Help with incoming deliveries.
-Report any lost or broken equipment.

LOCATION: LDARD, Vhembe District, Vhembe Far North and Vhembe Central
NEEDS REQUIRED :
-Applications Must have Grade 10/ABET/AET certificate or similar.
-A security certificate is helpful.
-No work experience needed.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
-Do basic manual work on the farm.
-Manage the movement of animals with divided hooves.
-Halt, record details of, and inspect vehicles leaving the redline area.
-Inspect meat, milk products, manure, grass, hides, skins, and similar items.
-Inform your boss about any seized items for further action.
-Patrol the fence.
-Regularly inspect the redline fence.
-Fix any damage to the fence.
-Follow animal trails along the redline fence.
-Clear plants along the redline fence.
-Manage animals in quarantine.
-Check permits for quarantined animals.
-Work with the Animal Health Technician for inspections.
-Maintain records.
-Keep a log of permits.
